Happy Australia Day

Around Australia today there will be many people who have lost something recently. Floods and Fires have destroyed homes, lives, possessions. One thing I have noticed though about Aussies is that it takes alot more than that to destroy their spirit. So I hope despite our hardship, that all around Australia we will be celebrating our wonderful country.

A few creative hours - skirt and top

Today I was in need of getting into My Creative Space....it seems so long since I have made anything...anything at all. Now sewing is not really my thing but as I have an overlocker and machine and a need for some comfy summer skirts I thought I would give it a go.

Secret Santa - So much Fun...

As part of the Etsy DUST (down under street team) that I belong to we are having a Secret Santa. This year I put my hand up to organise it, and it has been lots of fun . The photos have started to roll in as the presents are being received and they are all just so gorgeous. DUST has many talented members and you just can't go past handmade gifts.
